1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the BE32 NEWS (www.be32.news) website, platforms, and services (collectively, the “Site”), published and operated by Weisermann LLC (“BE32 NEWS”, “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing, browsing, or using the Site in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

BE32 NEWS is an independent news site. All editorial and operational decisions are made exclusively by BE32 NEWS and its authorized editors.

3.1 Copyright Assignment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all copyrights and related intellectual property rights in any Submitted Content published on the Site are irrevocably assigned to BE32 NEWS owner(s) on an exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free basis.

No compensation, royalties, or fees are paid for Submitted Content, regardless of format.

3.2 Editorial Modifications

BE32 NEWS reserves the right to edit, adapt, reformat, condense, expand, or otherwise modify Submitted Content. All derivative works created through editorial processes shall be the exclusive property of BE32 NEWS.

Contributors bear sole responsibility for the legality, accuracy, originality, and compliance of their Submitted Content.

As a matter of transparency, contributors must publish under their real legal names. Exceptions may be granted in cases of substantiated political risk or personal safety concerns; however, identity verification with valid government-issued identification remains mandatory.

All identity data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable US privacy laws.

5. Privacy, Data Collection, and Cookies

Quoted excerpts may not exceed 3% (three percent) of the original content and must include proper attribution, unless otherwise authorized in writing.

Content published on the Site is provided for informational and journalistic purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

11. DMCA Copyright Infringement Policy

BE32 NEWS complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. §512.

Copyright infringement claims must be submitted in writing and include all information required by the DMCA. Upon receipt of a valid notice, BE32 NEWS will take appropriate action, including removal of allegedly infringing content.

BE32 NEWS reserves the right to introduce, modify, or discontinue subscription fees or paid access models at any time.

18. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and users consent to such jurisdiction and venue.

Users waive the right to participate in class actions or collective proceedings.

19. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and BE32 NEWS regarding use of the Site.

20. Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved exclusively by BE32 NEWS owner(s).

DMCA COPYRIGHT NOTICE

BE32 NEWS respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users and contributors to do the same.

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), 17 U.S.C. §512, BE32 NEWS has designated an agent to receive notifications of claimed copyright infringement.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content published on the BE32 NEWS (www.be32.news) website infringes your copyright, you must submit a written notification that includes the following:

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the Site

Incomplete or improperly submitted notices may not be processed.
